20 Year-Old Man Arrested for Driving Drunk, Causing Deadly Crash in Grand Traverse Co.
A 20-year-old is awaiting charges for driving drunk in a crash that killed a man.
Just before midnight on Friday a Grand Traverse County deputy clocked a vehicle going more than 120 miles per hour on U.S. 31, a 55 zone.
The deputy lost the vehicle after it turned off its lights.
Police eventually found the vehicle crashed on East Silver Lake Road, near Rennie Road in Blair Township.
Four people were inside.
Deputies say Anthony Case of Maple City died.
The driver and two other passengers had minor injuries.
Deputies arrested the driver on several charges.
