Feedback at Four: Screen Time Rules At Home

A new study published by the lancet shows cutting back on your child’s screen time to two or less hours a day can lead to better brain function.

It also shows kids who get 9 to 11 hours of sleep per night, and get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day helps their brains, too!
