, has a reputation for churning out some of the brightest talent in the country.

And for the Future of Cinema Film Festival, it’s also bringing in the brightest talent, says Michael Mittelstaedt, Motion Picture Arts Director.

“The Future of Cinema Film Festival is an opportunity to bring in guests that allows students to see maybe some roles they haven’t thought of, beyond just director, maybe production designer and actor,” he says. “And help them get a better understanding of what it means to work within that business…they get an opportunity to meet with them face-to-face, they breath the same air and they get to ask them all the questions that they want.”

One of those legendary guests includes American Actor Samm Levine, from “Freaks and Geeks.”

The festival is taking place at Interlochen Center for the Arts from Oct. 11 to 13. View the schedule of public events below. Or for more information, head to .
