The resistance band bandwagon. These are helpful tools for adding resistance training to your regimen. Gordon Briley, owner of in Traverse City, has a few exercises you can try for your next leg workout.

“Your legs are the biggest muscle group of all, they burn the most amount of calories,” Briley says. “Your glutes can become inhibited, because we are seated too often, so we want to work against that.”
