High Winds Knock Power Out for Thousands in N. Michigan

Thousands across Northern Michigan are experiencing power outages Friday morning.

The high winds and weather have left many people in the dark.

Among the counties most affected are:

Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan and Iosco.

Power crews are out right now working to restore the power.
