Uncovered Letter Accuses SC Nominee Brett Kavanaugh of Sexual Misconduct in High School

A new hurdle has come forward for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

A newly uncovered letter accuses him of sexual misconduct in high school.

California Democratic Senator Diane Feinstein says the letter comes from someone who requested confidentiality and declined to come forward.

Feinstein says she’s referred the case to the FBI, but that doesn’t necessarily mean Kavanaugh is under investigation.

Security analyst Jeff Harp says “in my opinion, whoever conducts this investigation it will take some time. It won’t happen tonight, it won’t happen tomorrow. They’ll make sure they get all the facts right because of the nature of who this is.”

The White House responded to the accusations calling it “an 11th hour attempt to delay his confirmation.”
