Developer Demolishes Cadillac Building; Plans to Rebuild
A building in downtown Cadillac that was condemned two years ago is no more.
It was bought by developer Robb Munger from the Wexford County Treasurer’s Office for just $1.
He plans to replace the building and lease it out as commercial space, with the goal of improving nearby property values.
It comes after he completed restoring the Cobbs & Mitchell building just down the street earlier this year.
