Man Pleads Guilty to Role in Deadly Horse-Drawn Buggy Crash in Montcalm Co.
A man pleaded guilty to charges connected to a crash between a horse-drawn buggy and truck that killed three children in Montcalm County.
It happened October 2017.
Wednesday Brandon King was charged, and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor moving violation charges.
The prosecutor says the decision to charge King was based on evidence and conversations with the family.
The children and their Mennonite family were on their way to worship services when it happened.
King could face up to a year in jail.
