Caught on Camera: Shark Stolen From Texas Aquarium
Caught on camera: a shark stolen from a Texas aquarium.
In the video, you can see the thief walking out with the shark in a stroller.
The man was caught on surveillance video reaching into a shark tank, pulling a 16-inch gray horn shark out with his bare hands.
Another man follows behind carrying what looks like a bag.
Moments later, the two return and, with the help of a woman, conceal the shark in a stroller and start rolling it away.
Quick thinking employees noticed a trail of water and followed the suspects to the parking lot.
Police were able to track the shark down after seeing a photo of the shark posted on a Facebook page, asking $300 for it.
Three people in connection to the theft have been caught.
