Back to School Event Being Hosted by Foster Closet of Michigan

A “Back to School is Cool” event is being hosted to help kids in guardianship, foster and kinship families.

These kids can come in and receive free backpacks, clothing and school supplies.

They’re even offering free haircuts!

Foster Closet of Michigan Wexford-Missaukee is making it a one stop shop to make sure kids are ready to school.

Giving them a chance to pick out what they want and also helping out the families too.

“We want them to be able to have what they need to start off the school year right and we know that it’s hard sometimes to be able to provide for your kids so we want to make sure we can help with that,” says April Nowland, President of Foster Closet of Michigan Wexford-Missaukee.
