Fustini’s Celebrates New “Fresh Take” Food Service
You probably know them for their delicious oils and vinegars but now you can enjoy some food Fustini’s prepares for you.
Fustini’s is celebrating a decade of business in Traverse City by giving the community even more delicious products.
On Thursday, they held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of their new “fresh take” food service.
The perfect place if you are looking for a quick lunch featuring locally sourced ingredients and Fustini’s oils and vinegars.
“It’s intended here to be primarily for the downtown market for folks that work and live downtown,” said founder and owner of Fustini’s Jim Milligan. “From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every day here in the back of the store we are doing grab and go salads, drinks, soups and then made to order takeaway sandwiches.”
The menu will change based on what is in season highlighting local farm’s produce and proteins.
