Baldwin Celebrates 62nd Annual Troutarama

The 62nd Annual Troutarama casted off Wednesday in Baldwin, complete with carnival rides, live performances and a grand parade.

Plus, the world’s largest brown trout statue will be dedicated at this year’s festival.

Organizers are excited to see familiar faces, and thousands of new ones.

“We’re going to have great weather. There is nothing better to do than come and have a beverage at the entertainment tent, listen to the clown band or any of the other entertainment that goes on this weekend. It’s kind of like a homecoming, but a lot of the seasonal people come out as well. We hope to draw about 10,000 people throughout the weekend,” said Seth Wenger, Troutarama vice president.

Baldwin Troutarama runs until Saturday.
