Matt's Lake Street Grill Stops in to Demo a Beautiful BBQ Burger
HOW TO DO IT:
In a pan or on the grill, cook your burger to desired level.
On a griddle, lay down butter or oil and start hashbrowns. Cook until they reach medium crispiness!
Add cheese of choice.
Cook egg sunnyside up.
Brown sliced ham on griddle.
Toast the buns in a pool of butter.
Assemble, beginning with the burger, into the ham and hashbrowns, add sweet bbq sauce.
Top with egg and serve!
