Charlie & The Chef: Primos BBQ St. Louis-Style Ribs
Primos BBQ, of Cadillac, stopped by the Heritage House kitchen to delight our senses with their barbecue smoked ribs.

- Seasoned Sauce
Dust the ribs with dry rub and let them rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Once the smoke is up to temperature, approximately 225 to 250 degrees, place full rack on smoker, maintaining the temperature.
Spritz ribs a couple of times with water/apple cider mix.
After about one hour before they are done, apply light rub of barbeque if desired.
Full cook should take five to six hours.
