Charlie & The Chef: Primos BBQ St. Louis-Style Ribs

Full Rack of St. Louis-Style Ribs
Dry Rub
- Salt
- Pepper
- Seasoned Sauce
Instructions:
Dust the ribs with dry rub and let them rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Once the smoke is up to temperature, approximately 225 to 250 degrees, place full rack on smoker, maintaining the temperature.
Spritz ribs a couple of times with water/apple cider mix.
After about one hour before they are done, apply light rub of barbeque if desired.
Full cook should take five to six hours.
