Mt. Pleasant Man Accused of Threatening Two People With Knife Over Missing Phone

A Mount Pleasant man was arrested after police say he threatened his roommate and someone else with a knife.

It was all because he couldn’t find his cell phone.

Police arrested Scott Alexander Wednesday morning.

They say he didn’t let the two leave the home on Mill Street.

The victims eventually made it out and called police.

Police say Alexander had a blood alcohol content of .16 when he was arrested.

We’ve also learned Alexander is currently on parole.
