Teenage Girl Involved In Maryland School Shooting Passes Away after Being Taken Off Life Support

A teenage girl shot at Great Mills High School in Maryland earlier this week has passed away.

16-year old, Jaelynn Willey was shot in the head on Tuesday when her classmate Austin Rollins opened fire at the school.

Jaelynn’s mother says she was brain dead and was removed from life support Thursday night.

A 14-year old boy also shot by Rollins was released from the hospital on Wednesday.

Rollins died during the shooting but it’s not clear if he took his own life or was shot by the school’s resource officer.

According to the sheriff, both the shooter and the officer fired a round.
