Cadillac Man Charged with Drug Crimes After Month-Long Investigation

A Cadillac man is charged with drug crimes on Wednesday, accused of delivering and manufacturing meth. 

The Traverse Narcotics Team tells us they arrested Richard Margeston following a month-long investigation.

Detectives say they found him sitting in a van outside a home in Haring Township and arrested him on a criminal bench warrant for retail fraud.

While executing a search warrant, they found evidence of meth-making inside the van and the home.

Margeston is charged with delivering and manufacturing meth, conspiracy to deliver and manufacture meth, operating a meth lab and maintaining a drug house.
