Exercising The Core Muscles


One of the most important parts of the human body is the core, which connects the top half of the body to the bottom half.


That’s why exercises that specifically target core muscles are very beneficial. Bo Boatright, from the Pine Grove Athletic Club in Cadillac, explains how to do two exercises, a bridge and a plank, both of which can be done anywhere.


No need for a mat or towel, a carpeted or even a hardwood floor can be used if someone doesn’t mind the less-than comfy surface.
