Woman Heads to Jail After Hitting, Killing Cyclist Last June
A woman who hit and killed a cyclist while driving drunk is heading to jail.
Abigail Hebert will spend nine months in jail and five years on probation for hitting and killing Michael Seaman last June.
He was riding his bike back around 8:30 at night when he was hit.
In November, Hebert pleaded guilty to OWI causing death.
