What’s Trending Wednesday: Ways To Cook Your Thanksgiving Turkey

Thanksgiving is just one week and one day away!

Have you thought about how you’re going to cook your turkey?

No need to panic if you haven’t… for What’s Trending Wednesday, we have three different ways to prepare your Thanksgiving turkey.

Apple Cider Glazed Turkey Breast

This is a different twist for a traditional turkey.

The turkey breast is rubbed down with a mixture of butter, onion and sage.

Then it’s marinated overnight.

Spiced apple cider is reduced to a syrup and used to glaze the meat.

The best part — the left over glaze makes a fantastic gravy.

Beer Can Turkey

By putting a 24 or 32 ounce beer can into the cavity, you can steam infuse your turkey.

It’s cooked on a large grill using indirect heat.

The evaporating beer helps keep the interior moist.

Cooking a Frozen Turkey

If you don’t give your turkey enough time to thaw – no worries.
