Man Arrested for 10th Drunk Driving Offense Sentenced to Prison

A downstate man arrested on his 10th drunk driving offense will now spend years in prison.

Joseph Booker was sentenced to between 2 and 20 years in prison.

Deputies found Booker slumped over in the front seat of his crashed car in Mason County back in July.

They say his blood alcohol level was three and a half times the legal limit.
