Two teens are dead and police have arrested a suspect following a hit-and-run crash in Flint.
Police say the person suspected of leaving the scene of a crash that killed two 13-year-old girls has turned themselves in.
It happened early Saturday morning on the north side of Flint.
Police say the girls were crossing the street when they were hit by a vehicle.
That vehicle was recovered a short time later with no driver in sight.
Hours later the suspect gave themselves up to police.
Community members are now looking to take action.
Police have not released the identities of the victims or the suspect.
