It comes after a collapsed effort to simply repeal the ACA last week.
Many Republican senators refused to support the move.
Now the Trump Administration is demanding that GOP senators come together to get something passed.
The White House says President Trump will deliver his statement Monday afternoon at 3:15.
The senate is expected to vote on a plan to overhaul the affordable care act this week.
