Woman Dies After Hitting Oncoming Car in Otsego County

A woman is dead after state police say her vehicle crossed the center line and hit an oncoming car.

Troopers say it happened before 2:30 Monday afternoon on McCoy Road, near Gunner Lane, in Otsego County.

They say the vehicle driven by Connie Finnegan crossed the center line and hit an SUV.

Finnegan was taken to the hospital, where she later died.

The woman in the other car was taken to the hospital to be treated for unknown injuries.
