A jury selection is set to begin Tuesday morning in Presque Isle County where a priest is accused of sexually assaulting another priest.
Reverend Sylvestre Obwaka is the former pastor of Saint Ignatius Church in Rogers City.
He was arrested in February and charged with sex crimes against another priest while he was sleeping.
Obwaka’s lawyer says the sex acts were consensual.
Obwaka is from Kenya and has been a pastor at the church since 2013.
