MTM: Iron Fish Distillery Showcases Newest Bourbon

In the quick-growing industry of ‘farm to table,’ it’s not far-fetched to want the same kind of quality from your spirits.

Luckily, Northern Michigan is home to the state’s first and only farm distillery.

recently set up shop in Benzie County, right near the Betsie River, with the pursuit of bringing high-quality spirits to the people of Northern Michigan.

From a rich assortment of whiskeys, all the way to rums, vodkas and gins – Iron Fish Distillery offers a wide variety of drinks to pare with your personal taste.

Co-owners Richard and Sarah Anderson joined the Michigan This Morning crew to give a glimpse of what they’re serving up, and to show off the newest addition to the liquor shelf: a Tawny Port Cask-Finished Bourbon.

  • 1 1/2oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lavender Syrup
