Lawmakers on Mackinac Island to Announce New Soo Locks Legislation

Lawmakers on Mackinac Island will announce new legislation for the Soo Locks.

U.S. Senators Debbie Stabenow and Gary Peters will announce the bipartisan move, along with Congressman Jack Bergman and Fred Upton.

We expect the details to come out in a press conference during the Mackinac Policy Conference.

It’s scheduled to start at 12:30 Thursday afternoon.
