In this update, charges against a man who was accused of torturing a relative years ago were dismissed tonight.
Wexford County District Court documents show Allen Pattee of Howard City had three separate charges of torture dismissed.
The prosecutor had said each charge could have been punishable by up to life in prison.
The courts say the charges were dismissed without prejudice, so they could be refiled in the future.
