Jackson Prison Worker Accused of Having Sex With Inmate

A Jackson prison worker is out of a job after being accused of having sex with an inmate.

Michigan State Police say it happened Wednesday night, just after dinner in the kitchen at the Charles Egeler Reception and Guidance Center.

The worker was fired for "over-familiarity."       

The inmate is serving a sentence for unarmed robbery.
