Driver Responsible For Deadly Livingston County Crash Had Suspended License

We have more details on a deadly crash that killed five people in Livingston County.

The crash happened late Tuesday night at the intersection of M-59 on East Highland Road and Argentine Road.

Police say neither driver involved had a valid license.

The secretary of state says Albert Boswell had an expired license.

Matthew Carrier’s license was suspended.

Police say Carrier failed to stop at a stop sign, killing five.

Boswell, Carrier and a passenger in Carrier’s car are in critical condition.
