We’re learning more details about a man arrested after a boating accident on a Mason County lake.
Friday afternoon crews got the call that a boat flipped over on Hamlin Lake.
When they got to the scene they found a woman, her seven year old son and Michael Ozust in the water clinging to the side of the boat.
Crews believe they were in the cold water for more than an hour.
The three went to the hospital and are ok.
On Saturday deputies arrested Ozust for violating his bond because of a previous drunk driving charge.
They say at the hospital it looked like Ozust had been drinking.
Ozust bonded out again.
