Isabella County Crews Rush To Deadly Accident Scene

A person is dead after flipping a Ford Escape that eventually caught fire.

It happened near North Coldwater Road and El Camino Grande Road in Sherman Township in Isabella County.

Just before 1:30 in the morning crews arrived on scene and extinguished the flames.

They then discovered a body in the SUV.

Deputies say the SUV went into a ditch, hit a driveway and flipped over.

They believe an 18 year old female from the Weidman area is the victim.

An autopsy is scheduled where the victim will be identified.
