Cadillac Area Public Schools is warning parents about a social media scheme used to try to solicit inappropriate pictures from kids.
A letter was sent home with students Tuesday.
It warns parents of a potential predators using Facebook messenger to try and convince people to send inappropriate photos of themselves.
They do not believe any CAPS students were targeted, but want to get the word out.
The to discuss the dangers of social media at the Cadillac High School Media Center at 5:30 p.m.
