Man Dies After Swerving To Avoid Downed Tree in Cheboygan County

A man is dead after swerving to miss a downed tree in the road in Cheboygan County.

Deputies say Sammie Dillon was driving on Buzzels Road Saturday morning when he swerved to avoid the tree.

When Dillon swerved, he lost control of his truck and it rolled.

He was thrown from the cab and died.

The accident is under investigation.
