Mackinac Bridge Authority Issues High Wind Warning
Strong gusty winds off the Straits forced the Mackinac Bridge Authority to issue a high wind warning Tuesday morning.
Semi-truck trailers, pickup trucks with campers, motor homes and vehicles pulling trailers are all vulnerable to the high winds.
The Bridge Authority says drivers should reduce their speed to a max of 20 miles per hour, turn on their four way flashers, and use the outside lane.
