US Representative Jack Bergman To Hold Town Hall Meeting In Gaylord

A town hall empty now, but soon this room will be filled in preparation for Representative Jack Bergman to take the stage.

It’s part of a district wide listening tour, with a town hall in Escanaba Wednesday night.

It runs until 7:30 Thursday night at the Ellison Place in Gaylord.

These are some of the first town hall stops in the district since the election.

Bergman was met with some criticism for his last event, a luncheon in Petoskey that cost $20 to attend.

9&10’s Blayke Roznowski sat down with Bergman one on one as he gets ready for the event.

“We’re seeing a lot of folks, every chance we get we’re stopping even on the way down today we stopped at a couple of unscheduled stops because I knew people who ran theses little businesses, we’ve got a couple of minutes let’s stop and see how they’re doing,” Bergman said.
