In this update, a former teacher will spend months in jail after child porn was found on his computer.
Stanley Holmes was arrested in Cheboygan County in August.
Police say child pornography was found on Holmes’ computer home screen while it was being repaired.
He pleaded guilty to having the images in February.
He was sentenced to six months in jail and four years probation Tuesday.
Holmes is a retired teacher from a school near Flint.
