CIA Director: WikiLeaks A “Hostile Intelligence Service”

WikiLeaks now called a "hostile intelligence service" by CIA Director Mike Pompeo.

He’s accusing the organization of working with Russian intelligence to release emails stolen from the Clinton campaign.

This is a large contrast from the rhetoric we saw on the campaign trail when President Donald Trump and Pompeo both claimed to support WikiLeaks.

Further investigation by the intelligence community found that the Russian military and the GRU used the agency to release the data of U.S. victims, data obtained from cyber operations against the Democratic National Committee.

Pompeo accused the two of releasing emails stolen from the party and the Clinton campaign.

The White House says it will go after non-state actors like WikiLeaks more aggressively than it has before.
