Mason Co. Man Pleads Guilty To Kidnapping Daughter From Foster Care

A Mason County man who kidnapped his daughter from foster care pleaded guilty to unlawful imprisonment.

Mark Alan Saporita Fargo also pleaded guilty to one count of criminal sexual conduct 3rd degree in an unrelated case.

It all started when Fargo was visiting his daughter back in January but never returned her to foster care.

He was later found with his daughter in Hillsdale County.

Fargo is scheduled to be sentenced May 30.
