Ice Mountain’s permit to build a pumping station that will draw up to 400 gallons per minute will be decided on April 18th.
Osceola County Township officials say that the proposed pumping station may not fit zoning rules.
State regulators are still considering Ice Mountain’s request to increase their pumping threshold.
The pumping station would be built at Spring Hill Camps near Evart.
