Traverse City Commissioners Continue Working To Clarify Prop 3
Traverse City commissioners are a step closer to figuring out how they will implement Proposal 3.
There is a lot of confusion over the measure, which limits the height of tall buildings in the city.
Monday night the focus will be on clarifying and further discussing the proposition.
Prop 3 passed in the 2016 election.
It means buildings over 60 feet high cannot be approved by the city or city commission.
Voters are the ones who have the final say.
The bill has been a center of controversy with a lawsuit being filed against it.
