At Least 11 Dead After Explosion On Russian Subway

Confusion and chaos in Russia, where at least 11 people are dead and 40 injured in an explosion on a subway system.

It’s still unclear exactly what happened. All possibilities are being considered, including terrorism.

The deadly explosion happened inside a train car traveling in-between two stations shortly before the afternoon rush hour.     

Smoke poured through the corridors as passengers ran to safety.

Several subway stations were evacuated before the metro system was shut down completely.

Hours after the blast, police found an unexploded device in one of the city’s busiest subway stations.
