A Chippewa County man is going to spend decades in prison for sexually abusing a teenage girl.
Jesse Easterwood was convicted of six sex crimes back in October in Chippewa County.
Tuesday he was sentenced to at least 45 years in prison.
Several victims came forward after Easterwood’s previous trial ended in a hung jury.
The jury heard testimony from a number of victims dating back to the 1990s.
Easterwood faces additional first-degree sex crime charges..
That case is still going through the district court system.
