For those who call the roads their office, this wicked weather is proving to be a blessing and a curse.
About Time Transportation in Traverse City says they’ve been very busy since the snow started falling.
Taxi drivers say it’s too cold for people who usually walk around town, so they’re calling cabs. As well as anyone who didn’t want to risk it on the messy roads.
"We just take it slow, safely. Take your time, then you can get where you’re going. It might take a little longer but at least their safe. It’s getting colder out so we’ve been busy. Going since about 5 o’clock this morning," says Ashley Montgomery, manager at About Time Transportation.
Another 3 to 6 inches are expected to fall in Traverse City by Saturday.
