A historic barn in Traverse City welcomed many for a sold out concert Friday evening.
The Cathedral Barn at the Historic Barns Park was renovated just over a year ago.
It was a $1.5 million reconstruction.
It’s a gathering place many rent out for weddings and parties.
And to raise awareness about the space music in the barns was created.
“We’re highlighting young musicians, we’re raising money for the historic barns park and that builds this cultural civic engaged community activated space that will ripple in valuable ways throughout the community,” says Sam Porter, CEO of Porterhouse Presents.
Friday night’s show was sold out.
