If you drive an older Hyundai minivan, it might be part of a recall.
The Entourage minivans from 2007 and 2008 are being recalled because the hoods can fly up while they’re on the road.
A primary latch can rust and stay in the unlatched position. So, if the primary latch is released, the secondary latch may not keep the hood in place.
It’s a problem in cold weather states like ours where corrosive salt is used to clear the roads.
Dealers will offer a replacement.
