We can now tell you the name of the FBI agent who fired a gun at a police officer in Grand Rapids.
No one was injured in the shooting on Tuesday at the Grand Rapids Planet Fitness.
FBI agent Ruben Hernandez was arrested by Grand Rapids police after he shot at an officer.
Hernandez’s lawyer says he was feeling paranoid and only vaguely recalls what happened.
He was arraigned Wednesday on assault charges and police say alcohol may have played a role.
Police did not fire any shots.
