A Baldwin man is dead after his own truck rolled over him.
It happened on M-37 near Denmark Street around 3:45 Monday afternoon.
State police say James Merbs appeared to be having engine problems, and was standing by his truck with the hood open.
His truck rolled forward.
Merbs died from his injuries at Spectrum Health in Reed City.
