A grassroots charity in Traverse City wants to keep local families warm this winter.
The Father Fred Foundation is working with Team Bob’s to provide coats to those in need.
Now, the coat drive has been extended for two more weeks, to allow for more donations.
The foundation is thankful for so much support from the community.
“We do all of this without any state or federal aid, we truly are a grassroots community charity so we depend on the community donations, without the support of our community we simply would not exist,” says director Deb Haase.
If you’d like to donate, the 24-hour donation drop-off is located on South Airport in Traverse City, across from Art Van.
