Fire destroyed a Lake County home Monday afternoon.
It started around 4:30 Monday at a mobile home on North Coe Road in Dover Township.
Tustin Fire Department says the home had collapsed by the time they got on scene.
No one was hurt in the fire but the homeowner says he lost everything.
“I come home, I saw flames coming out of the back bedroom, and I didn’t have a phone with me, so I went to the neighbors to use theirs, and the lady told me to stay there, but I can’t… That’s my stuff, and I came back and it was gone,” says homeowner, Rick Knuppenburg.
Crews are still working to figure out what started the fire.
The Red Cross is stepping in to help the homeowner.
